In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of Acrodyne Communications, Inc., Cockeysville, Maryland, VisionAIR, Wilmington, NC and is a member of the Board of Management of Triangle Sign & Service, LLC and Chairman of the Board of Management of Alarm Funding Associates, LLC and is a member of the Financial Advisory Board of Patriot Capital II, L.P.
