Joe L.
Howard is a Director of United Way International, Inc. Mr. Howard has been a Trustee of the United Way of Palm Beach County since 2000.
Prior to joining United Way International, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Dycom Industries, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of FPL Group, Inc. and Florida Power & Light Co., a Financial Analyst of Northern Natural Gas Co., and General Manager and a Director of the RT &E Federal Credit Union.
He was a President of Arkwright Mutual Insurance Co. from 1983 to 1985.
Mr. Howard received a BS degree in Agricultural Economics and an MBA from Texas Tech University.
