Mr. Robert Balkema, CFA, is a Senior Director & Head of Multi-Asset at Russell Investment Management LLC.
In this role, he manages Russell Investments’ fiduciary solutions mandates which integrate Russell Investments’ equity, fixed income, real asset and alternative capabilities globally.
