Ms. Herzog joined Roark in July 2005 after graduating from Harvard Business School.
Prior to earning her MBA, Ms. Herzog spent four years at JPMorgan Partners, a global private equity firm with $11 billion of equity capital under management.
She worked in the New York City and San Francisco offices and made investments in a variety of industries.
She graduated Beta Gamma Sigma from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
