Todi (PG), 20 Marzo 2024 - ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A., società quotata su Euronext Growth Milan, e fornitore mondiale di soluzioni per il test dei dispositivi a semiconduttore (IC Integrated Circuits) con applicazioni Automotive e Mission Critical (la "Società "), rende noto di aver siglato un accordo con Manakin Enterprise Private Limited, società controllata da IHE (INDO-FRENCH HIGH TECH EQUIPMENTS) per la distribuzione nel mercato Indiano delle soluzioni Eles, rivolte al test di affidabilità dei semiconduttori.

Eles Spa è stata invitata dal responsabile vendite & marketing di IHE, a partecipare alla conferenza IEEE Electron Devices Technology and Manufacturing (IEEE EDTM) svoltasi all'Hilton Hotel di Bangalore, India dal 03 al 6 Marzo 2024

La partecipazione a questo importante evento internazionale (IEEE EDTM), ha permesso ad Eles di presentare la propria innovativa offerta RETE (Reliability Embedded Test Engineering) come unico player mondiale, particolarmente utile a soddisfare le esigenze attuali e future dei laboratori di affidabilità, Design Center, OSAT ed Istituti di Ricerca Indiani.

L'interesse suscitato dalla offerta Eles, ha consolidato la partnership con la società di rappresentanza e distribuzione Manakin Enterprise Private Limited , sfociata con la sigla dell'accordo.

Questo contratto guiderà il processo di collaborazione, al fine di consentire al nostro gruppo di operare efficacemente - da leader globale - in un nuovo spazio di mercato ed area geografica in costante crescita e sviluppo.

Antonio Zaffarami Presidente del CDA Eles, dichiara: " Le proiezioni economiche del FMI prevedono che entro il 2027 l'India sarà la terza economia più grande al mondo, superando i 5 trilioni di dollari di PIL e sorpassando Germania e Giappone.

A febbraio 2024 l'India ha compiuto un grande passo in avanti nei propri piani per diventare uno degli hub SEMI più importante al mondo spingendo fortemente sul mercato dei chip. Il governo di Narendra Modi ha approvato infattila costruzione di tre impianti per la produzione dei semiconduttori nel Paese con investimenti stimati in oltre 15 miliardi di dollari.

Con la firma di questo accordo, entriamo a sviluppare Business SEMI in un' area geografica per noi nuova come l'India, specializzata in Design Center e Test Lab basati su metodologie EDA. Tale sinergia sarà strategica anche al fine di valutare operazioni di M&A finalizzate ad aumentare le aree di competenza dell'offerta Eles."

Todi (PG), March 20, 2024 - ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, and a worldwide supplier of semiconductor device test solutions (IC Integrated Circuits) with Automotive and Mission Critical applications (the "Company"), announces to have signed an agreement with Manakin Enterprise Private Limited, a subsidiary of IHE (INDO-FRENCH HIGH TECH EQUIPMENTS) for the distribution of Eles solutions, aimed at semiconductor reliability testing, in the Indian market.

Eles Spa was invited by the sales & marketing manager of IHE, to participate in the IEEE Electron Devices Technology and Manufacturing (IEEE EDTM) conference held at the Hilton Hotel in Bangalore, India from March 03 to 6, 2024

Participation in this important international event (IEEE EDTM), allowed Eles to present its innovative RETE (Reliability Embedded Test Engineering) offering as the only global player, which is particularly useful in meeting the current and future needs of Indian reliability laboratories, Design Centers, OSATs and Research Institutes.

The interest aroused by the Eles offer, consolidated the partnership with the representative and distribution company Manakin Enterprise Private Limited , resulting in the signing of the agreement.

This contract will guide the process of collaboration, in order to enable our group to operate effectively - as a global leader - in a new market space and geographical area in constant growth and development.
