Edward Wachira

Mr. Edward Wachira, CPA, is a Chief Executive Officer at Genghis Capital Ltd. He joined Genghis Capital as Chief Commercial Officer from Pamoja Capital in 2016 and headed the business’s Asset Management arm.
He then transitioned to Genghis’ Chief Executive Officer in November 2021.
Prior to joining Pamoja, he worked for Kenya Airways both in Kenya and abroad, engaging partners and building networks in more than 20 African countries.
He worked in the Netherlands between 2002 and 2003 managing strategic partnerships between Kenya Airways and KLM.
He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from Kenyatta University, Kenya.
