SOMEC S.p.A, through its U.S. flagship FABBRICA USA, has acquired two new projects in the United States for a total value of about $51mn.
The two, new separate projects are respectively in Boston and in Philadelphia. One of the two projects takes on a strategic significance as it is a first-time win in Philadelphia, the sixth largest city in the U.S. The company will be called upon to provide the façades of a new 28-story residential building on Vine Street, on the west bank of the Delaware River.
In Boston FABBRICA will contribute to the construction of a life-science complex of two towers joint by a central body, destined to research labs. The contract involves the installation of over 20 thousand square meters of curtain walls
