Michel Benoit

Michel Benoit is a Co-Chairman and a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.
He is Chairman of the Ad Hoc Group on Private Pensions of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation & Development.
Mr. Benoit is Chairman of the Quebec Bar Association Advisory Committee on Pensions and Vice Chairman of the Canadian Bar Association National Section on Pensions and Benefits Law.
He is a Member of the Association of Canadian Pension Management, the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute, and the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association.
Mr. Benoit has 30 years of experience in the field of pensions and employee benefit plans.
He received his BCL degree from McGill University in 1969 and a BA degree from the University of Montréal in 1966.
